A chance for residents and relatives to have their say about the service provided at Hawkhurst House and in particular on the 2nd Floor. The Duty Manager (Nurse), Chris Walton-Turner (the Manager), the Activity Organiser (either Penny or Emily), the Chef (either David or Callum) and Nick Farmer (Maintenance Technician) will all be in attendance.
